And oh was it fun!!! I wasn't really sure what to expect, as six 12 and almost 14 month old boys is a lot, but I would actually describe the afternoon as... relaxing! Yes, maybe my idea of relaxing is warped these days, but really the whole get-together could not have gone smoother. My guys had an absolute blast, exploring a new environment and playing with new toys and other little boys. And my favorite part, (besides a little adult conversation with someone who I truly enjoy spending time with), being able to take Liam, Aidan and Connor to a new place that is completely childproof. Because of this, I felt in control the whole time we were visiting, which is something that is rare when we are at others' houses. It was an awesome afternoon!

How ironic... we were the ones watching others (ususally it's the other way around :-)).
