Saturday he was just as congested, so we went on a long walk in the afternoon. After dinner, when it's usually crazy play time, I decided to take Liam for a drive to drop off Grandpa Mike's (garage sale) present (Happy Almost Father's Day). This plan allowed for some peaceful time for Liam, for him to sit upright in the car, the bench (and Blue Moon) to be delivered, and for Daddy to have the opportunity to 'rough play' with the two healthy boys.
Some pictures from our little adventure...
Seriously, the boy doesn't look sick at all... I sure wish I looked like him when I wasn't feeling well!!!
We were wishfully thinking that Aidan and Connor wouldn't get the bug, but we found out around 1:00am on Sunday morning that was not going to happen, with both Connor and Aidan having similar symptoms as Liam did the previous evening. No matter how hard we try to separate the sick one from the other two, it seems to be inevitable... when one gets it, they all get it.
As the boys never got colds that didn't turn into ear infections, we are crossing all of our fingers and toes that their "ear tube" surgeries will pay off. So far so good...
