Our Last Blurry Weekend :-)

Our family had a very fun weekend. We did a little bit of everything... going on a walk, playing outside and at the park, entertaining friends, shoe shopping (Yep, I finally bought each of our guys a pair of shoes), and even managed to have a "Date Night".

Aunt Kari and her friend Jenny came over on Saturday to play with the boys and give Craig and I a night out on the town. I know everyone at the the house had a great time, but I believe Craig and I had the best time, as we were able to do one of our favorite activities... go wine tasting. Our local wine store offered 50 wines to taste, and we got to the event 50 minutes before it ended. We didn't quite make it, but we did our best to accomplish our goal of "50 wines in 50 minutes". It was a fun time, to say the least! After that, we had a very long, relaxing and romantic dinner. Thank You Kari and Jenny!!!
Aunt Kari doing her best to keep up with our boys' appetites... Something that is not easy to do!

Jenny giving Liam and Aidan all the love and attention they desire.
On Sunday we had the "N" family over for a visit. It was so nice seeing them (their children are absolutely adorable; full of personality and so well behaved), but it was a quite hectic afternoon with so many little ones in the family room. It will be nice to get together in the summer when the kids can run around and play outside, hopefully without the fear of our boys eating the whole lawn (they'll outgrow that soon, right?!?). Then, just maybe, we'll be able to have a conversation from start to finish, without any interruptions :-).
Rachel and Lucas helping the triplets open their birthday present... a Laugh and Learn Lawn Mower. We'll be sure to have all sorts of fun with that... Thank You!!!

And the best part of my weekend (for my blog anyways), my surprise from my sweetie...
No more blurry pictures from here on out :-)

A perfect weekend! Thank you Craig, Kari, Jenny, Dave, Linda, Rachel and Lucas!!!

Thanks for your nice comments about Rachel and Lucas! We had a lot of fun with Liam, Aidan and Connor (and the two of you of course)! My favorite part was watching Rachel and Lucas with the boys. They were both smitten and still talking about them today! I think Lucas felt like a big boy for the first time.
