For our 6th anniversary, my awesome cousins Rick and Elaine offered to watch our boys again (third year in a row!), so Craig and I could celebrate, couple style! Oh did we have a blast!!! We left on Saturday night after the boys went to sleep, drove up to my cousins beach house in MI, spent the ENTIRE next day on their boat, and then went to Chicago on Monday morning for a full day/ night of big city fun. In the 24 hours we were there, we gave ourselves a beautiful walking tour, did a little shopping, and went to Smith and Wollensky Steakhouse, Bin 36, Trump's Rebar, Dick's Last Resort, and House of Blues. Oh ya, we also slept for 10 hours straight!!! And to make it even better, every time I spoke with either of my cousins on the phone, I only received glowing reports (which I don't even give out when I am home by myself with my boys for an entire day). A perfect weekend, for my whole family!!!

Words can not express the gratitude I feel towards Rick and Elaine. Having a break like the one they gave us is truly priceless, and the love they give my boys is appreciated more than I can even begin to express. I will forever be grateful!!!
