Getting What He Wants

This morning, like every morning before nap, the boys sat to watch their Baby Einstein video. Being 'secure' in their bouncy seats, I went downstairs to get a head start on the breakfast mess, that was until I heard the 'Connor whine'. Since he usually only whines during the video for his binkie, I went upstairs to get it for him, since he was trapped in his seat and all. As it turned out, his binkie was not the problem...

Connor somehow managed to completely flip the darn seat over and crawl out of the securely fastened straps. I didn't notice right away, but I do think a binkie was the culprit/ motivator after all. Connor really loves binkies, so much so that it it were up to him, he would have one in his mouth and another in his hand around the clock. After looking at the above picture, I'm thinking that one of his brothers dropped his binkie and Connor took advantage of the situation... notice the little stinkers second binkie in his hand.

It's kind-of ironic that just yesterday Craig stated "Connor is the most determined little boy. When he decides that he wants something he is going to figure out a way to get it." Daddy definitely knows his little guy!

After Connor got what he wanted, he watched the rest of the video 'front and center'.

And yes, he usually does wear pants. He just had a little humidifier/ water incident (another story for another time) immediately before the video was to start.
