Anybody who knows a thing about me understands how much I love my nieces and nephews, so it probably does not come as a shock to anyone when I state that I miss Kelly's boys immensely. Since I became pregnant until now, I just haven't had the time or energy to
really have fun with the guys, that was until Friday night :-). I was finally able to go over to their house (without the babies) and have an absolute blast. It was just like old times, except for one thing... This time I was taking mental notes of what NOT to do with my own children. For example, the 5 of us went through the whole process of making cupcakes. When it was finally time to decorate, Ben wanted to use
all of the varieties of sprinkles (there were about 6 of them) in the container. "Sure, why not?" I said, and opened all of the lids on the sprinkle can. Yep, within seconds I found out the answer to the "why not?" portion of my response. We made an absolute mess... Red and green sprinkles and dots everywhere, literally everywhere!!! Yes, some did make it on Ben's cupcake and plate, but the vast majority ended up on the floor, with a few thousand landing on the table and our chairs. It was quite funny, but in hindsight, something that I probably should have said "No" to. Sorry Liam, Aidan, and Connor, I don't think you guys are going to ever have cupcakes with 6 different varieties of sprinkles, unless Aunt Kelly, or better chances Aunt Kari (who doesn't have any children yet) is in charge.

We all had a blast...I'm not sure who had more fun. You can practice on my kids any time.
Thanks!!
