9 Month Wellness Check

Ugh, I did something that I do not like to do... I asked for help to go somewhere. The boys had their 9 month wellness doctor's visit yesterday, and because Aidan was not himself earlier in the morning I decided that it was best to recruit some back-up. As you can see from the picture, Grandma and Grandpa did the trick. Aidan was all smiles during the entire hour and forty five minute visit, except of course when the shots were distributed.More importantly than Aidan's mood, the boys received great reports from their doctor, who had no major concerns. Liam, Aidan, and Connor are developing and progressing like typical 9 month old babies.

Following are the boys '9 Month Stats'
Liam- 21lbs (55% for weight) and 29 5/8" (90% for height)
Aidan 19lbs 13ozs (40% for weight) and 30" (95% for height)
Connor 17lbs 4ozs (7% for weight) and 28 1/2" (75% for height)

Clearly the $500.00 that we have been spending on formula a month is worth every penny, as they are growing at an amazing pace. The percentages that were given are compared to other babies born on their premature date of March 5th, not their due date of April 9th. Simply amazing!!! Obviously, the height measurements are subjective, as it depends how much the babies are stretched. And from our results, it appears that Liam, Aidan, and Connor were stretched to their full capacity :-).

With the reports that we continue to receive from the doctors, we know that Liam, Aidan, and Connor are still on many prayer lists. We are truly thankful for that, and feel amazingly blessed to have our three healthy and happy babies. Thank You!!!

those are awesome weights!! we had our 9 month well baby last week and mine are only 16,17,and 18lbs! they hate their formula and it is a bottle EVERY feeding to get them to drink more than a couple ounces but it looks like your boys like their bottles, i am jealous! :o)

Isn't it great to hear they can be measured on a "term" baby chart!?! It's very exciting. We feel the same way - and more importantly, they are all healthy. This is all proof positive of the POWER OF PRAYER!
