Last fall the boys and I had a blast playing with our backyard leaves, and this year was no different...
Another fun fall afternoon!!!
And now for the 'not-so-fun' portion of the post... We have so many leaves, I had to fill up our 95 gallon garbage can at least 10 times to get them out of our backyard, and I'm not even done!!!
What have I learned in the weeks that I have been blowing, raking, piling, transporting and dumping the darn leaves??? Trees are sooo overrated!!!

my three looove playing in the leaves too! we haven't even attempted clearing our backyard yet...one tree still has only dropped half it's leaves and there are already sooooo many back there! yuck! I hate trying to get them to the front yard for leaf pick up!

Did you take a photo of them buried in the leaves with only their faces showing?!?! That would make a cute xmas card. ;)
That's so funny! I was just saying how much I wished we had trees so the kids could play in the leaves...maybe I should be careful what I wish for!
I know....I've been raking every weekend. I do think you had three great helpers!!
FYI The landscaper uses a tarp and rakes/blows the leaves on top and bundles it all together to dump in the street. Our suburb just lets you dump at the curb and they come by and sweep them up!!
