Funny Boy Times 3

When attempting to fill our plastic pool, I was looking for its plug.  When Connor figured out that I was looking for the plug, he told me he saw it in our garage.  I followed him out there.
Not exactly I was looking for, but thanks anyways Connor!

Craig was taking Aidan for a piggy back ride, and as he was about to walk into our bedroom I feared that Aidan's head would hit the doorway. I looked at them and said "Duck!".
Aidan's response "Quack! Quack!"

After these two misunderstandings, I think tomorrow's lesson is going to be on Homonyms.

Liam is definitely our sport's buff, and to be honest, he is pretty good at most of them.  Well apparently we compliment  his athlethism too often, because after he caught the ball with his mitt he announced to his brothers "I am soooo good at baseball.".
 Modest he is not!

When I have a straggler, rather than saying "Come on, come on", I just turn around and yell "Pokey Pants".  That usually gets the slacker laughing and motivated to catch up.  When walking with their daddy the other day, Craig was actually the one that wasn't keeping up with the group.  So my three little boys who pick up on everything started to yell "Pokey Pants- Pokey Pants", until Connor realized that Craig was wearing shorts.  He then announced "We're just pretending, Daddy is not a pokey pants".
Within seconds, however, Connor had all three chanting while laughing "Daddy is a pokey shorts.  Daddy is a pokey shorts."

Funny little boys I have!!!
