3 Excuses and Our Week

So I haven't blogged in a while, partly because I really don't have any super cute, funny, or interesting stories to share, partly because our Internet hasn't been working very well, and partly because I have been exercising during my regular 'blogging' time. That said, the boys did exist this past week, and here are a few pictures to show what they have been up to.

The boys just love to play with the baskets in their nursery. I don't know what they enjoy more... taking everything out of them (making a mess) or climbing in them and going for a basket ride. What fun we have in the mornings :-).

Liam is getting ready to go back to Grandpa's farm by practicing his "Moo" every morning.

I never thought that coughing could be so entertaining, but here Aidan is trying to imitate one of mine. Nice try!

Now-a-days, bathtime is always fun (and necessary!!!)!

The other night one of my friendly neighbors asked me if it is sometimes easier to have more than one child the same age, so they can entertain and play with each other. My answer was a very clear "NO!" and I'll let the pictures from the folllowing day do the explaining.

Let's see... we still have "monkey see, monkey do" even for the silliest of ideas.

And I'm not sure how to respond when they do this... It's hilarious at first, but doesn't always stay funny to the person who has the hand in the face (but surprisingly sometimes it does). Strange, I know!
And sometimes they just can't win. Notice Liam and Aidan switched positions between the two pictures, but yet their plans didn't work either time.



Even though this is not ideal, I'm taking the victory... at least they are SITTING on the chairs!!!

I hope Aidan always thinks that I am this funny :-).

All three boys went to the ENT, for a follow-up ear plug check. While there, Liam also had his adenoids checked out. The doctor did confirm that he does have enlarged adenoids, but wasn't convinced that was the reason for our concerns. He prescribed a nasal spray for Liam to try for the next month and a half, and then we will reevaluate.

Before, during and after his doctor's visit, Connor was getting some lovin' from his first crush, Isabelle. He sure is one lucky boy!!!

To celebrate a successful doctor's visit, the boys and I took our awesome loving helpers (THANK YOU ROSEMARY AND ISABELLE) out for lunch. When I expressed my concern that I didn't have any of my restaurant tricks with me to keep them entertained, my mind was put to ease with a simple "We'll entertain them the whole time." comment from Isabelle. And the best part, they did.

Last night we had a silly Connor (and Daddy)!!!

And last, but not least, we finally gave the boys some chores. It's never to early to start...

Well that about sums up our very uneventful week. I am now hoping that my exercise plan, Internet challenges, and lack of inspiration will not keep me away from my blog for over a week, ever again!
