The Boys First Easter

The boys were born on March 5th, Liam and Aidan came home on March 14th, Connor came home on March 21th, and our first holiday with our entire family together was just two days later. Easter Sunday was on March 23rd, and it sure was something special. Mom and Dad had a party, and our boys were greeted at the front door with a pack-and-play all set up for them, along with "Baby's First Easter" bunnies. An Easter I won't ever forget!

Easter Sunday was the first day Spencer and Kelly's boys met our new additions. Charlie was definitely the most intrigued with the babies out of all of the kids. I think he's excited to not be the 'baby' anymore.

One funny thing that happened during the party... The babies were sleeping in their pack-n-play, mom and dad were doing the last-minute prep work for our meal, Kelly's boys were eating in the kitchen, Craig was taking care of something, and Kelly, Spencer, and I were in the main dining room eating our salads. Just a short time later a baby starts to cry, and cry, and cry. He cried until I remembered that it was actually MY baby crying. Usually at family parties is one of Kelly's kids having a problem, or Kristi's or Eric's. I'm sure I'll get used to it pretty fast, but for a split second, I forgot that I had a baby, let alone three!
